Lasting Lessons From the Pandemic

The normality of these ‘living with Covid’ days makes it seem strange to think that this time two years ago, Britain was about to enter its second national lockdown. I know there are times when I almost forget what those months of restrictions and isolation were like.

While it’s important to move on from memories of those challenging times, there might be certain things that you want to remember. Perhaps working from home gave you a welcome chance for self-reflection, or maybe the lack of social contact helped clarify how much you value time with friends or colleagues. You may have felt a new clarity about what you need to be at your best or what matters to you most.

It can be tricky, however, to keep hold of those insights once business as usual resumes. Ahead of the publication of our white paper - Lasting lessons: Life and leadership post pandemic, we’re offering an opportunity to explore the valuable insights the past three years have offered.

Join us for a participative workshop where we’ll Dive Deeper into what you learnt in lockdown. We’ll be distilling the key messages, exploring how those discoveries can be integrated into your life now and asking what support and resources you need to carry those important findings forward into the future. Our experienced facilitators will be creating a space for participants to identify their own insights, as well as sharing some highlights from their research.

To Dive Deeper on this topic, join us for an exploratory workshop on Thursday 24 November, 13:00-16:00 GMT / 14h-17h CET. The session is open to everyone: you can come and engage with the topic, experience Systemic Modelling group facilitation and practice Clean Language Questions. Led by facilitators certified in Clean Language and Systemic Modelling.

We'll be running this session twice if you are not able to join this session, join our experienced facilitators on Friday 11 November, 09:00-12:00 GMT / 10h-13h CET.

Tickets are priced on a sliding scale:

  • If you are purchasing tickets for yourself, the price is on a sliding scale based on your income.

  • If your company is paying, the price is dependent on its charitable status.
