Dive Deeper Facilitators
Sarah Scarratt is a certified trainer in Clean Language and one of only four level 2 facilitators in Systemic Modelling. She works bi-lingually in English and in French. Working towards an ILM certificate in Coaching and Mentoring, Sarah has already actively encouraged several colleagues to launch new business activities and is constantly working to create a global network of Clean and Systemic Modelling facilitators. She has been running her own family business for 20 years and is all too aware of the difficulties of recruiting, training, and leading a dynamic team. She brings energy and humour to the sessions, as well as a strong sense of compassion.
Rachel Gilmore is a qualified coach and has been coaching leaders and their teams for over 12 years. She has experience in the retail, catering, media, creative and tech industries. She is passionate about Clean Language and the profound insights and change it can support in people, teams and organisations. She enjoys working with groups and spending time, making some quality space and attention for these themes in our Dive Deeper sessions to complement what often feels like a very results driven and fast paced world.
Johan Nordin is a qualified Systemic Modelling facilitator and an Agile coach. He's passionate about collaboration and creating conditions for teams to work together at their best.
During his 15 years of working with teams, he’s been amazed at how Clean Language and Systemic Modelling can be used to enable trust, curiosity and courage in a group. Creating safe spaces where individuals have the courage to speak up on things that really matter and where groups are curious and trust each other enough to make use of disagreements as a valuable resource for effective collaboration.
Jacqueline Ann Surin is an expert facilitator, coach and online trainer who works internationally with corporations and civil society organisations. She coaches leaders with a special focus on women in leadership. She also uses Clean Language and Systemic Modelling to build high-quality attention in individuals and teams, so that people are working at their best.
She has been using Clean Language since 2012 and is a trained and accredited Clean Facilitator and Systemic Modeller. She has a Level 5 certificate in coaching and mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management (UK).
