For Christmas do go just the way you would like it to. It will be like what?

We may have dreams of an ideal Christmas. Extended family gathered together in seasonal joy and happiness.

But how often does something go wrong? Misunderstandings blow up into big conflict. Old arguments or resentments resurface. Imagining the goals you'll set for the upcoming year. You drink too much, even though you promised yourself you wouldn't.

If you'd like to raise your chances of having the kind of Christmas you'd like to be having, whether you're spending it alone, or with family, join us as we set up for the holiday season. We'll be sharing stories and tips. By the end of the session, you'll know what needs to happen for you to have a Happy Christmas and a great start to the New Year.

To Dive Deeper on this topic, join us for an exploratory workshop on Tuesday 6 December, 09:00-12:00 GMT / 10h-13h CET.
